Fresh Peach Salsa

Peaches/桃


Typical Japanese peach skin is usually pretty fuzzy, so most of the time I would peel the skin in Japan. But, some American peaches are different, smoother, so recently I eat them like an apple and I don't peel them. Today I made fresh peach salsa...unpeeled!

Ingredients

2 small peaches chopped
1 tbs coriander finely chopped
1 tbs lime juice or lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil
salt and pepper

Directions

1. Put the all ingredients in a bowl and mix gently.

2. Let the bowl set for 10 minutes or more and serve on your plate.



*This peach salsa is good with lime flavor corn chips!
