Taberu Ra-yu Dressing Salad
Vegetarian◎Vegan◎Raw food◎Recipe
This chili oil has been really popular for the last few years.
It's called "Taberu Ra-yu"
Expecially Ishigaki Jima Ra-yu and it is even difficult to find these days.
It has chili oil, fried onion, fried garlic....tastes a little crunchy too!
Ishigaki Jima Ra-yu↓
Of course we can't get Ishisgaki Jima Ra-yu in the U.S., so I made it today! My recipe is really simple.
Taberu Ra-yu
Ingredients
1 tbs rapeseed oil or vegetable oil
1 tbs sesame oil
2 cubes garlic finely chopped
1 tsp fresh ginger finely chopped
1 tsp fresh ginger finely chopped
1 spring onion white part finely chopped
chili pepper chopped
1/2~1 tbs soy sauce
Directions
1. Put the rapeseed oil, garlic, ginger, spring onion and chili pepper in a frying pan and heat it up(medium heat) until it slightly bubbles and boils (be careful not to burn it or yourself!)
2. When the ingredients turn golden brown, turn off the heat and add sesame oil and soy sauce and mix well.
3. Pour the taberu ra-yu on some vegetables!
* I used lettuce and tofu and wakame.
These combination is really good!
Enjoy!
