Tofu and Wakame with Peanut Dressing Salad

Tofu and wakame are really healthy and low calories.
The seaweed contains soluble fiber so if you eat it, it will inflate in your stomach a bit and you will feel full. This one is good for your diet too.
Tofu and Wakame with Peanut Dressing Salad
Ingredients
1/3 soft tofu
wakame (seeweed)
radish sliced (optional)
Dressing
2 tbs peanut butter
1 tbs soy sauce
1/2 tbs sugar
1 tbs warm water
peanuts finely chopped
Directions
1. Soak the wakame in water until it gets soft for few minutes.
Drain excess water from the tofu and cut into 1-1/2 inches.
Put some salt on the radish, mix by hand and set aside until the water comes out.
2. When the wakame and radish are soft drain excess water from them.
3. Mix the dressing 4 ingredients and add some peanuts and mix well.
4. Place the tofu, wakame and radish on a plate and pour the dressing on top.
