Raw Chocolate with Peanut Butter Drizzle

Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Grain-Free, Butter-Free, Egg-Free

Here is the another healthy, easy and delicious diet snack recipe!

Ingredients

1/2cup coconut oil

1/2cup unsweetened raw cacao powder

60cc(4tbs) agave or maple syrup

1tsp vanilla extract

1cup chopped walnuts, pecans, almonds, pistachio and goji berries mix

Peanut Butter Drizzle 

2tbs peanut butter

1tbs coconut oil

Directions

1. Melt coconut oil in a glass bowl on top of a small pan with an inch of water over low heat.(keep under 118°F )

2.When coconut oil is completely melted, remover from heat, add the cacao, sweetener and mix well.

3.Add the chopped nuts and goji berries in the bowl and mix well.

4.Pour mixture into a pan, smooth out, and freeze it for 10-15minutes.(until the chocolate is solid)

5.For the peanut butter...Melt the coconut oil and add the peanut butter.

6.Take the pan from freezer and cut them into 12 peaces.

7.Drizzle peanut butter onto the chocolate bars.

8.Put the bars in a refrigerator for 10-15minutes.
