Refreshing Kiwi Dressing

Kiwifruit


Kiwis have a lot of vitamin C, vitamin E, dietary fiber and potassium.
They are good for preventing colds, hypertension prevention and good for your skin too!

Today I'm introducing a simple Kiwi dressing.


Ingredients


1 ripe kiwifruit finely chopped
2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp vinegar
pinch of salt and pepper

Directions


1. Put the all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

2. Add some salt if you need.

Also you can add mustard or sugar. I found that it goes well with carrots or any other simple leafy salad.
