Tofu and Sprouts Canape


Ingredients

1/3 tofu
1 tbs light soy sauce (if you don't have, you can use regular soy sauce)
pepper

2 radish sliced
sprouts
crackers

Directions

1. Wrap the tofu in a towel and drain off water

2. Put some salt on the radish and set aside until it gets soft.

3. Mash the tofu and add the soy sauce and pepper and mix well.

4. When the radish is soft rinse and drain the excess water by hand.

5. Place the tofu, radish and sprouts on the crackers. Add some salt if you need.
