Spaghetti Squash


Spaghetti Squash looks just like noodles inside↑
So you don't have to cut and chop it, just use a fork to scrape and pull the noodles out.

Hmmm? How should I cook this spaghetti squash...
I thought it might be good in...

Spaghetti Squash Miso Soup

and it was good!

Ingredients(Serve 2)

1/6 spaghetti squash scraped
1/8 Japanese radish or radish chopped
2 tbs~ miso
2 cups water
1 spring onion chopped

Direcitons
1.Place the radish, water in a pot and over medium heat and bring to a boil.

2. Add the spaghetti squash in a pot and reduce heat to low-medium for about 10 minutes.

3. When the radish, spaghetti squash are soft, whisk and stir in the miso paste.
(some people like to strain the miso paste out of the soup, but you don't need to do this. It's good for you!)(add more miso to paste if you need)

4. Stir until miso is well dissolved. It's best not to let the miso soup boil. Serve on your bowl and add green onions on top.
