Chickpea Salad

This is another raw salad recipe that doesn't require cooking on a stove top or oven.
Just mix it! It only takes 5 minutes to make.
Chickpeas give you a lot good vitamins and nutrients too, I listed some below.


Chickpea Salad


Ingredients
(serve 2 people)

1/2 can of chickpeas
1/2 can of corn
1/4 cucumber chopped
2 radishes chopped

Sauce

2~3 tbs peanut butter
20cc olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper



Directions


1. Drain the water from the chickpeas and the corn.

2. Put the chickpeas, corn, cucumber, and radish in a large bowl.

3. Put the sauce ingredients in a small bowl, mix well and then put everything in a large bowl and mix well.




Chickpeas have a lot of vitamin B, calcium, iron, dietary fiber and has an antioxidant.
They actually have a lot of vitamin C too.
