Easy Carrots with Black Olive Dressing Salad

It takes only 5 minutes to cook healthy salad.



Ingredients

10 baby carrots sliced
6 black olives finely chopped
2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
parsley finely chopped(optional)



Directions

1. Mix the black olive, olive oil, salt, pepper and parsley in a bowl.

2. Add the carrot in the olive dressing bowl and mix well.


Side dish for dinner



Next day's lunch

It's good on a toasted onion bagel!
You can enjoy it in two different ways on two different days!

Olive oil is good for lowering blood pressure.
It has also helps reduce bad cholesterol.
Carrots have a lot of carotene which is great for increasing the immune system. It makes your skin stronger, too.
