Soy Banana Smoothie (with Parsley!)

I used parsley in today's smoothie!
People don't usually eat parsley if it's on a dish...
But, parsley has a lot of carotene, vitamins, iron, minerals and dietary fiber!
Even if you don't like parsley you can eat it easily in this drink :)
I also used agar powder
It contains lager yields which have good affects!
So it's a good drink for your diet and makes your skin look great!
Soy Milk Banana with Parsley Smoothie



Ingridients

1 ripe banana
100cc soy milk
a few parsley leaves
1/2 tsp agar powder(if you have)
1/2 tsp sesame powder (if you have)

Directions

1. Put the all ingredients in the blender and pour in your glass.






Enjoy!
