The C.B.G.B Smoothie!

Today's breakfast smoothie had carrot, banana, ginger and soy milk smoothie!
Since it contains Carrot, Banana, Ginger and Berries, I'm calling it a CBGB :) It get's you going just like the famous former rock venue in NYC!

C.B.G.B Smoothie



Ingredients

(make 1/5 minutes)

3 small carrots
1 ripe banana
Add a few of your favorite berries for some tart flavor (blueberry, strawberry or raspberry are my suggestions)
1/4 tsp ginger grated
100cc soy milk or almond milk
A dash of flax oil

Directions


1. Mix the all ingredients in the blender and pour in your glass.


*Ginger makes our bodies warm, so I try to eat ginger everyday during winter season!
