Spicy Soy Sauce Cabbage Salad


Ingredients

4~6 leaves of cabbage(about 100g) cut 1 inch pieces
1 tbs vegetable oil
1 tbs soy sauce
1 chili pepper sliced
1 tsp salt



Directions

1. Put the salt on the cabbage and mix by hand and then put it under the bowl(check the photo above) and set aside until they get a bit soft.

2.When the cabbage is soft rinse and drain any excess water from the cabbage then add the vegetable oil, soy sauce and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Put it on your plate.
