Pickled Radish with Honey

Have you tried Japanese radish?
Japanese radishes are longer than other radishes and juicy!
Japanese Radish
Daikon radishes have a lot of digestive enzymes!
So it helps you digest when you've eaten too much.
Especially after a big new year meal.
Also I added some honey to the pickles so
it's good for a sore throat as well :)
Today's recipe is so simple! Try it out.
Pickled Radish with Honey
Ingredients
Japanese radish about 10cm(120g) chopped
honey 40g~60g
sliced lime few
Directions
1. Add all the ingredients to your container and let them sit for few hours.
2. Shake the container to mix the ingredients now and then.
