Quick Japanese Radish Pickles

Today's recipe is Japanese style quick pickles!
Ingredients
15cm japanese radish(daikon)
1tbs lime juice
2tbs soy sauce
1/4tsp salt
Directions
1. Cut the Japanese radish for 2-inch length and add the salt, mix by hand about 1minute.
2.When the radish is soft rise, drain the excess water and put in the bowl.
3.Add the lime juice and soy sauce in the bowl and mix well.
4.Put the bowl in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
5.Check the taste and add more lime & soy sauce if you need.
