Vegetarian Quick Pickles

If you want to keep healthy and keep your young skin looking young, I recommend eating more enzymes. When you cook food, some of the enzymes die, so I recommend to eating RAW food whenever you can.

The more enzymes the body stockpiles, the more the body is resistant to oxidation and this keeps you from getting wrinkles.

Also, rather than worrying about how many calories you get everyday, you should choose foods that will help you digest quickly.


Vegetarian Quick Pickles are easy to make!
And it only takes about 5 minutes!


Ingredients

2 inch cucumber chopped
2 inch eggplant chopped
2 radishes chopped
1 turnip chopped

Sauce
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs vinegar
1 tbs agave syrup or sugar
1 tsp finely chopped ginger (optional)



Directions

1. Let the eggplant soak for 1 minute. Rinse and drain the water.

2. Put the 4 sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.

3. Put the vegetables in a medium bowl and pour the sauce over them. Mix well.

4. Let it sit for 20~30minutes and serve.


Tips!
 
Goes great with a fresh bowl of rice!
You can use any other vegetables you have. I also recommend; cabbage, green beans, peas, etc.
I used agave syrup, but if you don't have it you can use regular sugar. If you can't completely dissolve the sugar then you can just heat it up a little bit.
