Sweet potato, Lotus root, Potato chips




Asian Sweet Potato
(They look like yams, but these are sweeter)



Lotus root
Have you tried Lotus root (Renkon)before?
 Lotus root is the stem of the plant. That gives crunchy and nice texture when you eat it.
I'm going to make my kids favorite baked Renkon chips:)
It's so easy simple, healthy, of course delicious!




Vegetable Chips Recipe...

Ingredients

1 Sweet potato
1 Lotus root
2 Potatoes
 Rapeseed Oil
Salt

Directions

1.Wash the vegetables and cut them into 1-2mm-thick round slices.
Soak the vegetables in water for about 5 minutes to remove the bitterness.
Then drain well.

Remove the bitterness

2. Preheat the oven to 350°F

3.Place the vegetables on a baking sheet.

And then spray them oil.
Bake in the oven for 7~10min.
And take out the baking sheet and turn over the vegetables.
And then spray the vegetables again.
Put the sheet in the oven and bake for 7~10min.

4.Sprinkle with salt.
