Weightloss Tofu Saute!

Weight loss main dish recipe!
Today I made a healthy & delicious tofu dish!


Ingredients

1/2 film tofu
1 carrot sliced
2 tbs *hijiki(optional)
1 tbs sake or wine
1 tsp sugar
1 tbs soy sauce
hand full spinach chopped
vegetable oil

Directions

1. Drain off the excess water from tofu.
2.Heat the frying pan with oil, add the carrot and saute for a few minutes.

3. Add the tofu, dried hijiki, sake and saute for a few more minutes.

4.They get pretty dry...add sugar, soy sauce and saute few more minutes.

5. Turn off the stove, place on your plate, after they get cool add some spinach on top.

*Hijiki is a brown sea vegetable growing wild on rocky coastlines around Japan.
