Korean Flavored Shungiku Salad

Garland Chrysanthemum
This is called "Shungiku" in Japanese.
It has a lot of carotene and calcium.
It's good for preventing dry skin and skin irritation!

Today I made a "Korean" flavored simple salad!

Ingredients

40g shungiku
1/8 tofu
2tbs sesame oil
pinch of salt
walnuts

Directions

1.Take the shungiku leaves off of the stem, wash well and thendry.

2. Put all the ingredients in the large bowl and mix gently.

3. Serve on a plate.
