Cranberries

The cranberry has a lot of vitamin C.
It's good for preventing colds and the flu!

Ingredients

1/2 cup cranberries
1 banana
a few strawberries
1 cup soy milk
a few ice cubes (optional)

Directions

1. Place all the ingredients in the mixer and mix well.

2.Pour in your glass.
