Kimchi Non-Fried Rice

Today I made Kimchi Non-fried rice.
I didn't saute it, I just mixed it up.
It takes only 5 minutes to make!
Most Japanese people love kimchi and it is not hard to find in Japan.
Kimchi Non-Fried Rice
Ingredients
(serves 2)
50g kimchi chopped (about 1/4 cup)
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs sesame oil
1 tsp sesame seeds(optional)
2 bowls cooked rice
lettuce cut by hands
Directions
1. The rice put in a bowl and add the kimchi, soy sauce, sesame oil and sesame seeds and mix well with the rice scoop or a spoon.(Don't smash the rice too hard, mix gently)
2. And add some lettuce in the bowl and mix well and serve on your plate.
Kimchi contains lots of enzymes!
Fermented food, like kimchi, is good for digestion and a clean stomach make it easier to absorb nutrients.
