Winter Smoothie! Soy Banana with Ginger
Vegetarian◎Vegan◎Raw Food◎Recipe
This is my favorit smoothie especially cold winter season!
Simple and delicious:)
Try this smoothie for breakfast or a post-workout recovery drink!
Also it's good for kid snack too:)
【Soy Banana with Ginger Smoothie】
Ingredients
1 ripe banana
100cc soy milk
1 tbs soy bean powder
1/2 tbs ginger
flax oil (if you have)
maple syrup (if you need)
Directions
1.Place all ingredients in a blender or mixer and mix until combined.
2.Pour into your glass!
Enjoy!
