Easy Delicious! Chinese Cabbage & Carrot Pickles


Hey it's Chinese Cabbage season!
It has many variations in name...
What do you call it?
Chinese Cabbage, Napa Cabbage, Hakusai...?


By the way... I decided to make a pickles dish today. 
It's really easy and it has simple ingredients as well:)
Here is the recipe↓

Easy Delicious! Chinese Cabbage & Carrot Pickles




Ingredients

1carrot thinly strips
1/4 chinese cabbage thinly strips 
1/8tsp salt

1tbs sesame oil
1tbs black vinegar or rice vinegar
1tsp honey(optional)
1/2tsp grated ginger
sesame seeds


Directions

1.Add carrot, chinese cabbage and salt in a bowl and mix well.
2.When they get soft, rinse , then drain the excess water.
3.Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well and let sit it for 10minutes.
4.Place on a plate and add some sesame seeds on top.
