Pickled Chinese Cabbage and Orange
I'm staying my parents house now.
I got some Chinese cabbage and oranges from my uncle.
He made them so they are fresh and tasty!
Today's recipe is a easy and quick pickle recipe as well!
Ingredients
3~4 leaves chinese cabbage sliced
1 orange sliced
1/2 tsp salt
●1 tbs vegetable oil
●1 tbs vinegar
●1 tsp yuzu or lime juice and yuzu zest
●1 tsp honey~
●salt and pepper
Directions
1.Cut the chinese cabbage for 0.5mm and add the salt, mix by hand about few minutes.
2.When the chinese cabbage is soft rinse, drain the excess water and put in the bowl
3.Mix the ● ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
4. Mix the chinese cabbage, orange and ● dressing in the bowl and place on your plate.
