Cucumber and Radish Pickles with Honey Mustard

Today's recipe is easy and healthy too!
It takes only 5 minutes to make.
Ingredients
1/2 cucumber sliced into two inch pieces
2 radish cut 8 pieces
salt
Dressing
1 tbs apple vinegar or other kinds of vinegar
1/2 tbs agave syrup or honey
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp vegetable oil
Directions
1. Put some salt on the cucumber and radish and set aside until the water comes out and they get a bit soft.
2. Mix 4 dressing ingredients.
3. When the vegetables are soft, squeeze and drain excess water by hand.
4. Combine the vegetables and dressing in a bowl and mix well.
I got a fresh corn today!
It is the first time to eat corn this year, so I just simply cut it and ate it raw.
It was really sweet and tasty!
