Broccoli Namul (Sesame Oil & Salt Marinade)
Winter is when broccoli is most delicious!
How do you like to eat them?
Of course I like to eat them raw salad.
so...today I made broccoli namul.
(Namul is a traditional Korean dish made with salt, sesame oil and garlic)
This recipe is super easy and delicious!
Easy & Delicious Broccoli Namul
Ingredients
1cup Broccoli
1/6tsp(1g) Salt
1tbs Sesame oil
1/2 Soy sauce
Sesame seeds(optional)
Sliced red pepper(optional)
Directions
1.Chop the broccoli into small peaces.
2. Mix the all ingredients except broccoli in a bowl and mix well.
3. Add the broccoli in the bowl and let them sit for about 10 minutes.
4.Place on a plate!
Enjoy!
