Simple Celery Pickles

Simple, easy and quick celery pickles
Ingredients
2 sticks celery chopped
1 tbs soy sauce
1/2~1 tbs rice vinegar or other kinds of vinegar
1 tbs water
dry chili pepper
Directions
1. Put the all ingredients in a plastic bag and mix by hand and set aside(1 hour ~ over night)
Rice balls (Onigiri)
Mix some rice and celery pickles and make triangle shape with your hands.
*The middle rice ball, I added some wakame furikake before I made.
*Side vegetable is bok choy soy mayo pickles and some umeboshi which I previously made (Japanese plums).
