Mango and Avocado
I simply like to eat sliced, raw fruit. It's the best way to get the most nutrition.
But, if you want to make a light appetizer, with some common fruit, this recipe is good.
It is so easy.
Mango, Avocado and Tomato Salsa Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 mango chopped
1/2 avocado chopped
1/2 tomato chopped
1/2 tsp cilantro finely chopped
2 tbs white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp cane sugar
salt and pepper
Directions
1. Put the vinegar, sugar and salt and pepper in a medium bowl and mix well.
2. Add the mango, avocado and tomato to the bowl and mix gently. Add cilantro.
