French Crepe Roll-Ups (with mixed fruit)
Vegetarian◎Raw food◎
I found this recipe in my husband's "Fourth grade recipe book ".
I think this recipe is from his grandma.
So we tried to make some homemade crepes this morning! He could make them thinner and faster than I could...
French Crepes with four kinds of fruit
Ingredients
(serve 12 crepes)
1 1/2cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs beaten
1 tbs sugar
2 cups soy milk or milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tbs butter melted
Toppings
banana
raspberry
peach
melon
almonds sliced
sugar
Directions
1. Mix flour and baking powder in a small bowl and set aside.
Mix eggs, sugar, soy milk, vanilla and butter in a big bowl and mix well. Add the flour and baking soda to this bowl and mix well.
2.Heat a griddle to 350 degrees and pour the batter with a ladle. Flip after a minute or so.
(make them as thin as you can ) They should be about 8 inches round. Good luck flipping them!
3.Add the fruit when you are done and roll them up.
This amount makes 12 crepes.
