Peppermint & Chocolate Covered Oreo
I bought peppermint candy cane at imported foods store.
At the first, I was planning to make a peppermint bark for holidays.
but I found Oreo cookies in my kitchen and just changed my plan to make Chocolate covered Oreo with my favorite peppermint candy!
Here is recipe. very easy.
＊Ingredients＊ 12 pieces
12 pieces Oreo Cookie
45g White Chocolate
45g Dark Chocolate
2 candy cane
＊Directions＊
1. Crush Candy cane.
2. Melt each Chocolate in a double boiler.
3. Dip Oreo into melted Chocolate. and place onto the parchment paper.
