Italian-style Tofu and Avocado

If you want to make one more small appetizer...
You can make this dish in only 5 minutes.
Also, it's healthy and great for your skin.



Italian-style Tofu and Avocado recipe:

Ingredients

1 piece of soft tofu, 2 or 3 cm thick (check the photo below to see an easy way to cut a tofu circle!)
1/2 avocado chopped(add 1/2 lemon juice)
3 black olives chopped
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper




Directions

1. Cut the tofu and place it on a plate.
I used the jar cap ring to cut the tofu, but you can use a cookie cutter too. Be creative and use any shape. This piece is a single serving.

2. Put the avocado and black olives on top the tofu.

3. Add some olive oil, salt and pepper.
( I used pink pepper and Jurassic rock salt)
