Today I made an Italian style dish!


Napa Cabbage, Soy milk and Whole Wheat Flour Pasta

(Vegetables...napa cabbage, yellow paprika and red paprika)

Teeny-Tiny Potatoes with Rosemary



Here is the recipe
Ingredients

1 pound of teeny-tiny potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 garlic
1 tsp rosemary
Kosher salt and ground black pepper

Directions

1.Heat the oven to 450°F.Wash and dry the potatoes.
Toss them with a good amount of olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper.

2.Spread them on a large baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes, or until they are tender.
