Japanese Guacamole

There are still after shocks happening in Japan.
They can't get enough electricity or enough food to many places...
This recipe doesn't need gas or energy. It is healthy and will keep you strong.
I made this one for my Japanese friends. Good luck, take care, and we
are thinking of you and are hoping for a fast recovery from this disaster.

Japanese Guacamole


Ingredients

1/2 firm tofu cut into 1/2-inch
1 avocado cut into 1/2-inch
1 1/2 tbs miso paste
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil
pepper
garlic powder

baby carrot
broccoli
celery
cucumber
crackers

Directions

1. Put the miso paste, olive oil and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
And add the tofu, avocado, garlic powder and lemon juice and mix well.

2. Place the vegetables and the dip on a plate.
