Day 4 of Zucchini
Below are the methods on how to prepare today's meal:
(1) Sauteed the zucchini, carrots, and mushrooms with butter for about 3 minutes
(2) Add the toufu, rice and fish and stir well for another 5 minutes
(3) Add water and let the rice cook till soft.
(4) Add the broccoli when the porridge is almost ready.
(5) On a separate pan, sauteed the garlic until fragrant and add the garlic into the porridge and stir well.
(5) Blend or mash to the desired consistency.
Schedule for Today:
Morning (8 am to 9 am): Breastmilk
Noon (11 am to 12pm): Lunch, continue with breastmilk as and when needed
Early Afternoon (2pm to 3pm): Some fruit puree/snack & breastmilk as and when needed
Late Afternoon (5pm to 6pm): Dinner & breastmilk as and when needed
Night (after 6pm): Breastmilk

No allergy was observed

1/2 teaspoon of garlic + 1 baby carrot + 1 tablespoon of broccoli + 1 tablespoon of zucchini + 1 tablespoon of toufu + 1 tablespoon of fish + 1 tablespoon of button mushroom + 2 tablespoons of rice (white + brown) + 1 teaspoon of butter
Baby reaction:
He loves his porridge.
Conclusion:
He has no allergy to zucchini. Next up will be cherry during his fruits snack time.
