Day 1 of Cherries

Cherries are tiny, sweet & yummy and oh so nutritious! These little fruits are packed with a lot of important nutrients. Babies may begin to eat cherries from about 8 months of age. Cherries are not highly allergenic. Cherries do contain pits and a rather thick skin. Young babies may not be able to properly digest cherries earlier than 8 months of age.

The cherries will be giving to him during his fruits snack in the afternoon.



Schedule for Today:
Morning (8 am to 9 am): Breastmilk
Noon (11 am to 12pm): Lunch, continue with breastmilk as and when needed
Early Afternoon (2pm to 3pm): Some fruit puree/snack & breastmilk as and when needed
Late Afternoon (5pm to 6pm): Dinner & breastmilk as and when needed
Night (after 6pm): Breastmilk

Allergy Reaction:
No allergy was observed

Texture of Food:
Same as previous

Amount of Food:
About 2 to 2 1/2 tablespoons of chopped cherries with seed removed

Baby reaction:
He loves cherries
