Oriental Chicken Porridge

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of minced chicken
2 curry leaves
1 teaspoon of onions
1 teaspoon of garlic
1 tablespoon of peas
1 baby carrot
1 tablespoon of chopped tomatoes
2 1/2 tablespoon of rice (brown and white)
400 ml of water or stock
a sprinkle of pepper
1 tablespoon of olive oil

Procedures:
(1) Heat the oil and fry the onion, garlic, tomatoes and curry leaves till fragrant.
(2) Then add in minced chicken and rice and stir for 2 minutes.
(3) Add water and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
(4) Add in the peas and carrot.
(5) Let it boiled and then simmer till the rice turn to porridge. Add a sprinkle of pepper.
(6) Blend or mash to desired consistency. Please remove curry leaves before blending.
