Baked Minced Pasta
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of minced chicken (or any other meat)
1 tablespoon of celery
1 teaspoon of onions
1 teaspoon of garlic
3/4 tablespoon of tomato puree
1 1/2 tablespoons of chopped tomatoes
3 tablespoons of pasta (cook according to package instructions)
a sprinkle of pepper
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 egg
3/4 teaspoon of corn flour
some formula milk or breastmilk
Procedures:
Pasta:
(1) Boiled the pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
Sauce:
(2) Sauteed onion and garlic till golden. Add in the minced chicken, tomato, celery and tomato puree.
(3) Stir well,and cook till the meat is cooked and set aside.
Egg mixture:
(4) In another bowl, whisked the egg and flour till smooth.
(5) Place the pasta in a rectangular casserole dish. Pour half of the sauce and mix well. Pour the rest of the sauce on top.
(6) Pour the whisked mixture over the sauce.
(7) Baked at 200 degree Celsius for 20 minutes in the oven.
(8) Puree or mash to the required consistency by adding a little bit of formula milk or breastmilk or warm water to it.

Variation:
For vegetarian baby, you can omit onions, garlic and meat.
