Pan fried Chicken Cutlet:
(1) 2 to 3 pieces of small chicken fillet
(2) 1 egg
(3) bread crumbs
(4) sprinkle of pepper and salt
(5) oil
Procedures:
Pan-Fried Chicken Cutlet
(1) Cut the chicken fillet into thinner strips.
(2) Place in the egg (whisk the egg first) making sure every part of it touches the egg mixture.
(3) Mix the bread crumbs, pepper and salt evenly.
(4) Place the fillet that has been coated with egg in to the bread crumbs.
(5) Heat up the oil and pan fry the chicken till cook and golden brown.
Can be served with fried rice or mashed potatoes.
