Potato and Spinach Cheese

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of spinach
1 1/2 tablespoon of minced chicken
1 tablespoon of pasta
1 medium size potato
1 baby carrot
1 tablespoon of chopped button mushroom
1 tablespoon of grated Cheddar cheese
100 ml of fresh milk
1 tablespoon of Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon of rice flour
1/2 tablespoon of butter
water

Procedures:
Boiling ingredients
(1) Put in the slice potatoes and chicken in a pot and fill it with water and boiled till the potato is slightly tender.
(2) Add in carrot and button mushroom.
(3) Once the potato is tender and cooked, add in the spinach. Let it boil for another 2 minutes and set aside.
(4) Cooked the pasta as instructed in the package and set aside.

Cream Cheese Sauce
(1) Melt the butter in a pan and add in the rice flour and mix well.
(2) Then add in the fresh milk and cheese and stir till thicken slightly.

Baking
(1) Place the boiled ingredients into a baking casserole.
(2) Add in the cream sauce.
(3) Top it up with grated Cheddar Cheese.
(4) Baked at 180 degree Celsius for 15-20 minutes.
(5) Mash or blend to the desired consistency.

This recipe is suitable for lunch or dinner.

Variation:
For vegetarian babies, you don't have to add any minced chicken. Fresh milk can also be substitute with your child's formula milk.
