Chicken in Rice and Carrot Soup

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoon of minced chicken
2 1/2 tablespoon of rice
1 tablespoon of chopped tomatoes
1 tablespoon of chopped potatoes
1 teaspoon of chopped onions
1 teaspoon of chopped garlic
2 baby carrot
1 tablespoon of chopped spinach
2 curry leaves
1 cinnamon stick
a sprinkle of pepper
water

Procedures:
(1) Fry the cinnamon stick, onion, garlic and curry leaves till aromatic and golden.
(2) Add tomatoes, carrots and potatoes and rice.
(3) Add in the minced chicken and mix well. Pour in water.
(4) Cooked till the rice turn into porridge.
(5) Add a sprinkle of pepper and spinach. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
(6) Remove cinnamon stick and curry leave before mashing or blending to desired consistency.
