Corn has a lot of protein, vitamin B1, Vitamin E, Iron....
The best way to eat corn is uncooked, right off the cob so we benefit from all the vitamins and minerals.
If you eat corn and green peppers at the same time, it's good for your skin, hypertension, cancer prevention.

Fresh Corn Salsa


Ingredients

1 ear of corn
1/2 green pepper finely chopped
1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
2 tbs coriander chopped
2 green onion(optional)
2 tbs lemon juice
cumin powder
salt and pepper



Directions

1. Put the all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

2. Let the salsa sit the bowl for 20 min~1 hour and serve on your plate.



Fresh corn salsa is good as Japanese curry side dish!
