Scramble Cheese Egg

Ingredients:
1 egg
1 teaspoon of butter
1 teaspoon of Parmesan cheese (or any cheese, e.g. cheddar)
1 tablespoon of full cream fresh milk
a sprinkle of pepper

Procedures:
(1) Whipped the egg then add in Parmesan cheese and mix well.
(2) Then add in fresh milk and mix again.
(3) Add in a sprinkle of pepper and mix well.
(4) Heat the butter in the frying pan and pour all the mixture.
(5) Wait till it is halfway cooked before scrambled the egg into smaller pieces.
(6) Make sure the egg is cooked but not overcooked.

This recipe is suitable for breakfast or snack time.

Variation:
You can also add button mushroom and carrots to the scrambled egg to make it more colourful.
