Aromatic Fish Porridge
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of sliced fish (you can use any type of fish)
1 teaspoon of garlic
2 curry leaves
1 tablespoon of chopped broccoli
1 tablespoon of chopped celery
1 baby carrot
1 tablespoon of chopped potatoes
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 1/2 tablespoon of rice (white and brown)
a sprinkle of pepper
Procedures:
(1) Heat the oil and fry the garlic and curry leaves till fragrant.
(2) Then add in carrot, celery and potato and mix well.
(3) Add in the rice and stir for awhile then add water and fish slice.
(4) Let it boiled and then simmer till the rice is soft and turn to porridge.
(5) Add in the broccoli and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
(6) Blend or mash to the desired consistency.
