Lentils, Mix Vegetables and Chicken Porridge

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of lentils
1 1/2 tablespoon of minced chicken
2 tablespoon of rice
1 tablespoon of peas
1 tablespoon of chopped tomatoes
1 tablespoon of chopped potatoes
1 teaspoon of chopped onions
1 teaspoon of chopped garlic
1 baby carrot
1 tablespoon of chopped spinach
1 tablespoon of celery
1/2 tablespoon of butter

Procedures:
(1) Boiled the minced chicken for 10 minutes.
(2) Put in lentils and rice and cooked for another 10 minutes.
(3) Add in all the vegetables except spinach and let the rice cooked till soft or turn to porridge.
(4) On another pan, fry the onion and garlic till golden and pout it into the porridge.
(5) Simmer for further 5 to 10 minutes and then add spinach. Cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.
(6) Mash or blend to desired consistency.
