Day 3 of Minced Chicken Chop with Mash Potatoes

Today's menu will be Minced Chicken Chop with Mash Potatoes. Below are the methods on how to prepare today's meal:

Mashed Potatoes
(1) Boiled/Steamed the potatoes until soft.
(2) Mashed the potatoes together with butter, cheddar cheese and some baby's milk/fresh milk.
(3) Set a aside.

Minced Chicken Chop
(1) In a pan, fry garlic with butter until it is golden then add the vegetables, carrots, broccoli and button mushroom and let it cook at one side of the pan.
(2) Then add in the minced chicken in the same pan and fry till it is cooked. Add a little bit of water to ensure that the meat is thoroughly cooked.
(3) Mixed the vegetables and cooked chicken together.
(3) Mash or blend to desired consistency. If it is too dry, you can add some warm water to blend it.

Morning (8 am to 9 am): Breastmilk
Noon (11 am to 12pm): Lunch, continue with breastmilk as and when needed
Early Afternoon (2pm to 3pm): Some fruit puree/snack & breastmilk as and when needed
Late Afternoon (5pm to 6pm): Dinner & breastmilk as and when needed
Night (after 6pm): Breastmilk

1/2 teaspoon of butter (for frying) + 1 teaspoon of chopped garlic+ 1 baby carrot + 1 tablespoon of broccoli + 1 tablespoon of button mushroom + 1/2 tablespoons of butter (for mashed potatoes) + 1 tablespoon of cheddar cheese + 2 tablespoons of minced chicken meat + 3/4 potatoes (cut into slices) + 1 tablespoon of baby's milk/fresh milk

Baby reaction:
He loves his minced chicken chop with mash potatoes.
