Last month, I went to The Cafe at Hyatt City of Dreams Manila to catch the Cantonese Treasures Festival. It's as if I was transported to Guangdong, China while they featured authentic cantonese dishes from regional Chefs Xi Qing Hui and Zhao Pan Fei. I don't think I really need to explain much on how satisfied I was when I ate at The Cafe.
