Jyaga Bata Yaki Recipe
Ingredients
-2 big potato (chopped)-1/2 cup green onion (chopped)
-3 tbsp butter
-2 tbsp mayonnaise
-1 tbsp salt
-1 tbsp pepper
Preparation
- Boil the chopped potato for 20 minutes or until semi-soft then remove water
- sprinkle all ingredients on the potato, mix well
- Put in oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes
