Jyaga Bata Yaki Recipe

Ingredients
-2 big potato (chopped)
-1/2 cup green onion (chopped)
-3 tbsp butter
-3 tsp soy sauce
-2 tbsp mayonnaise
-1 tbsp salt
-1 tbsp pepper
 
Preparation
  1. Boil the chopped potato for 20 minutes or until semi-soft then remove water
  2. sprinkle all ingredients on the potato, mix well
  3. Put in oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes
