Shungiku has a lot of calcium, iron, β-carotene.
Also, it has a pretty strong smell and it's really good for a cough.
Shungiku and Daikon with Japanese-style dressing is really tasty!
Ingredients
1 cup shungiku, chopped
1 cup daikon(Japanese radish), sliced
Dressing
1 Tbs soy sauce
1/2 Tbs rice vinegar or other kinds of vinegar
1 Tbs sesame oil
1 Tbs vegetable oil
salt and pepper

Directions
1. Put the dressing ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2. Prepare vegetables and place in a large bowl. Pour the dressing on the vegetables while stirring gently.
3. Serve on it on a plate or in a bowl.
