Turnip Carpaccio


Turnip

Winter is when turnips are delicious!
I want to eat them raw because I can contain healthy enzymes.
So I decided to make "Turnip Carpaccio".



Here is the Turnip Carpaccio recipe...

Ingredients

1 turnip
1 red radish
1tbs olive oil
a little bit of lemon juice
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/2tsp salt
herb salt(thyme,oregano...etc+salt)

pink and green pepper

Directions

1.Peel the turnip and cut into 1mm-thick round slices.
Cut the red radish into 1mm-thick round slices.
Add salt and set aside.

2.Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar a little herb salt to make the marinade.

3.When the turnip softens, squeeze them in your hands to remove excess water.

4.Place the radish, red radish and marinade(2) in a bowl mix well.

5.Place them(4) on a plate, and pour the marinade, herb salt, and pepper on top.
