Banana Pancake

Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup fresh milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 medium egg
1 large banana (slightly mashed)
1 tablespoon of semisweet chocolate chips (optional)


Procedures:
(1) Mix the milk, butter and egg together.
(2) Add in the flour slowly and whisk in circles with a fork. Dont stir too vigorously or pancakes will turn out hard.
(3) Stir in banana and chocolate chips evenly.
(4) Heat up non-stick pan and scoop about 1 chinese spoon of the mixture to make one pancake.
(5) After seeing a few bubbles on pancakes, flip over but do not press the pancakes.
(6) After about one minute, remove pancakes from pan and serve.

Variations:
You can replace chocolate chips to raisins.
