Day 1 of Oats Cereal
I believe it is time for me to introduce to my boy to his third solid meal today. So instead of just 2 solid meals a day, I would like to introduce breakfast to my boy. Since I have not introduce oats to him yet, his first breakfast meal is oats cereal.
I am using Healthy Times Oats Cereal for my boy. I just add my breast milk into the cereal. The amount of milk to add depends on how much cereal and also how thick or thin you want the cereal to be.
For a start, I will just give him about 4 tablespoon of oats cereal first. I don't wish to overload his tiny tummy. Below is the schedule for today:
Schedule for Today:
Morning (8 am to 9 am): Breakfast (cereal, scrambled eggs, bread etc)
Noon (12 pm to 1pm): Lunch, continue with breastmilk as and when needed
Early Afternoon (2.30pm to 3pm): Some fruit puree/snack & breastmilk as and when needed
Late Afternoon (6pm to 7pm): Dinner
Night (after 7pm): Some fruit snacks & breastmilk as and when needed
Allergy Reaction:
No allergy was observed
Texture of Food:
Same as previous
Amount of Food:
4 tablespoons of oats cereal + breast milk
Baby reaction:
He loves his cereal.
